Warning billboards erected to raise awareness of biodiversity conservation
Realizing the importance of building billboards among a series of activities that aim to raise awareness of local people about joining hands to prevent destruction of the ecosystem in the area of Chu Yang Sin National Park, WildAct Vietnam has collaborated with Chu Yang Sin National Park to establish a billboard with the message "Together to protect the Great Chu Yang Sin".
The billboard includes the content: DO's and DON'T actions for forests, thereby helping local people have a better awareness of their responsibilities for conservation. In addition, in order to create a massive positive impact on how local people take actions for conservation, we surveyed the area and decided to plant the billboard in a place with high traffic density.
The billboard establishment is part of a series of projects carried out with Chu Yang Sin National Park with funding from IUCN (International Union for Conservation of Nature). In the future, WildAct and Chu Yang Sin National Park will continue to jointly conduct and develop activities to raise public awareness about the role of Chu Yang Sin old forest, thereby protecting and preserving the natural ecology here.
